All of our properties are located in Chelmsford, Essex. We have properties ranging from 4 to 6 rooms. Each property is well maintained and meets the local rules and regulations for house share properties in Chelmsford and have been inspected by Chelmsford Borough Council to verify that.


The properties are decorated and furnished in a modern, neutral style to appeal to most tenants who are looking to rent a room in Chelmsford and we regularly clean and maintain the properties to ensure they stay in a great condition. Each property has more than adequate facilities for the size and would contain a shared kitchen or kitchen/diner, shared living room, one or two bathrooms, communal garden area and off road or allocated parking.


The rent you pay is an all inclusive price. It covers electric, gas, water, council tax & a communal TV license. We also provide wireless broadband, weekly cleaner and a gardener and this is included in your fixed rental price as well.

Our tenants are typically 20 to 40 years old (average: 28 yrs old) and are working, professional people mainly in Chelmsford. We do have a lot of tenants from the key worker sector due to the close proximity of some of the properties to Broomfield Hospital and other services such as the Police and Fire Service. We also have a lot of newly qualified teachers as tenants due to the professional and friendly set up of the properties and the fact that they are familiar with the house sharing /renting a room set up from their University days however they now want to live in a more professional & in most cases tidier house!! Unfortunately we do not accept LHA/DSS tenants. Other popular sectors for our tenants to work in include retail, IT, engineering and financial services.
