As one of the leading and biggest providers of house sharing accommodation in Chelmsford we are always trying to improve our offerings to tenants. We already know that we operate in the top 5% of rooms available to rent in the local area but wanted to see if we could push this even higher.
From November we will be launching our new Premium Rooms in our portfolio. These rooms will be redecorated and then refitted with new higher quality furniture including beds (some king size), mattresses, desks, chairs, bedside cabinets, mini sofas, colour co-ordinated furnishings etc. These extra touches will raise the bar in terms of the standard of rooms we can offer for those that want to stay in a better standard of accommodation in Chelmsford.
The communal areas will be the same for all the other tenants but a selection of individual rooms will be upgraded to our ‘Premium’ offering with only one or two rooms allocated per property.
These Premium rooms will naturally be rented out for higher than our normal rooms but the extra rent you will pay will get you a noticeably better room for you to live in. Some of these rooms will be suitable for couples also.
