As of 4th October, 2010 we now have a new, full time Lettings Manager called Tony Pepper. Tony has a number of years of experience formerly as an estate agent and more recently has been working for Belvoir, the lettings franchise in Chelmsford. He brings with him great experience and knowledge of franchising and lettings including renting houses and flats in Chelmsford and so will be a great addition to the team. Tony also has knowledge of house sharing and renting rooms in Chelmsford so will be able to quickly get up to speed and move the business forward.
Due to the recent expansion of the portfolio and further plans to continue growing, it was recognised that we needed to provide more resources towards the lettings part of the business and so Tony was appointed.
