A few months ago we mentioned that we would be releasing more rooms to rent in Chelmsford hopefully during this Summer. The 2 properties in question are progressing and we hope to have a more specific timescale as to when those rooms will be available in the next month or so.
These new properties will be our closest properties to the town centre and particularly the train station that we have in our portfolio and I would even say are just about the closest you can live in the town centre out of any residential accommodation on offer in Chelmsford town centre.
Both properties will have 5 lettable rooms. Of those 5, 1 will be a double, ensuite room, 2 will be large double rooms, 1 will be a single room and the last room is pretty much a self contained studio type room with it’s own ensuite facilities as well as basic cooking facilities also. Those rooms will still have access to the communal bathrooms, kitchen and living room but if you are looking for a studio type set up then these rooms are ideal. They even have their own seperate entrance from the rest of the property also!
As per usual, the rents will be inclusive of all the bills, such as electric, gas, water, council tax, wireless broadband & a weekly cleaner.
