We are due to have a number of rooms become available in our properties in Chelmsford that are the closest house sharing properties to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. These properties were purchased and fully refurbished in July last year and are former NHS nurses houses so they are well laid out for house sharing accommodation. The refurbishment included everything from a new kitchen and bathrooms, to boilers, electrics and all the fire, health and safety requirements of house sharing properties in the borough.
The properties all have double rooms which are fully furnished and all the bills are included. Parking is however limited on site although we do have some parking permits dependent on the rooms that are actually available.

The properties are ideal for anyone that works at Broomfield Hospital or any of the surrounding organisations on that site. Chelmsford town centre is easily accessible via car or bus down Broomfield Road so it would also suit someone that wants to be located out of the town centre but with easy access to get in when needed.
