The 4 week period between mid August and mid September saw us receive the most amount of enquiries we have seen for many years. The combination of the end of the summer holidays, University starting back and many new jobs being started in the area by local businesses in Chelmsford resulted in a big influx of people looking for house sharing accommodation in the Chelmsford area.
Due to our strong presence on the internet on a number of different websites like Spareroom as well as having good relationships with a few local lettings agents the phone was always ringing or the emails were always pinging!!
In August alone we filled 16 rooms which pretty much helped to fill the new rooms at The Windmills (by Broomfield Hospital) as well as a few other rooms that were available at that time also.
September has continued along the same trend and we wait to see if we can break the record for enquiries and rooms taken again.
We will also annouce a major staffing change and contiuned growth of the business in October thus strengthening our position as the leading provider of high quality, low cost, all inclusive housesharing accommodation for working professionals and key workers in Chelmsford.
