In the next few weeks we will be managing another HMO in the Chelmer Village part of Chelmsford for another landlord that we have been introduced to. The house is already up and running with tenants but we have been approached to provide a more professional and inclusive management service to ensure higher occupancy levels, less hassle for the owner and improved service for the tenants.
The property has 6 lettable rooms, living room, kitchen, utility room, shower room and bathroom. There is a small, rear garden and a garage and off road parking for approximately 4 cars at the side of the property. Chelmsford Borough Council have been out to inspect the property and signed it off to be of a good standard for their environmental health team.
As per all our other properties all the bills are included in the rent and there will be a weekly cleaning service of the communal areas and wireless broadband will be available for all tenants to use.
The rooms are of a similar standard to our other properties and gives us the ability to now provide high quality accommodation in a part of Chelmsford where we do not have any other properties.
The exact start date of our management service has not yet been decided but we hope to have all the details finalised by the end of November/start of December. More details to come as we have them!!
